- Can your crews work in patient care areas?
- Yes. We shoot in hospitals, clinics and surgical suites regularly. Crews follow your access, escort, PPE and infection control rules, carry certificates of insurance, and complete vendor credentialing if your facility requires it.
- How do you handle patient privacy?
- Nothing is filmed without a signed release, and we treat every screen, chart and whiteboard in frame as PHI until it is cleared. Media is stored on encrypted drives, shared through access-controlled links, and we can sign a business associate agreement when it applies.
- Our legal and compliance review is slow. Does that break your timeline?
- No, because approval happens on the script. Once the script and speakers are signed off, production and edit are predictable. A simple film is typically about two weeks of Kicker time, plus whatever your review cycle needs.
- Do you charge travel fees to come to our facility?
- For the most part, never. We staff from local crews in 21 cities across the US and Canada, so shoots outside our home markets do not add flights, hotels or per diems.
- Can you produce Spanish and other language versions?
- Yes. Subtitled and fully voiced versions, including AI-assisted translation and lip-sync when it is appropriate, always with a human review pass on clinical terminology.
