Senior Producer

Kicker Video is a highly experienced B2B Video Production firm with clients in 32 states. We’re searching for a creative and organized Senior Video Producer to join our Content and Creative Services team on a contract basis. In this new role, you’ll lead the creation of compelling and engaging video content to support our technology clients with marketing campaigns and educational content.

This is the right role for an enthusiastic individual with excellent creative judgment and the ability to collaborate within a dynamic team. We are seeking a team player who will play an integral part in every stage of the creative process, from conceptualization to final output, and who knows how to get stuff done. This is a 12-month contract with the potential to become a full-time permanent role.

The things you’ll do:

• Create engaging video content that aligns with our client’s brand voice
• Lead complex productions across the country (USA) from conception to completion
• Manage incoming video production requests and prioritize asset creation
• Hire and engage freelance talent as required
• Manage scriptwriters, field videographers and editors to set up and establish the video production look & feel
• Plan post-production schedules and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, editing, audio adjustment, colour correction and video transcoding
• Other video or design support as needed

The things you bring:

• Experience. 3+ years of experience with complete video production and post-production processes, including corporate and promo video formats
• Demo Reel. Must have demonstrated experience
• Creativity. Creative mindset and collaboration
• Storytelling. Ability to understand storytelling concepts and formats, structure & flow and identify target audiences
• Production techniques. Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with production techniques and standards
• Knowledge of parts of the Adobe CC Suite related to video production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition…)
• Graphic Design. Experience with graphic design software a bonus
