Our production process is battle-tested over nearly 20 years to ensure quality is high:

Kick-off call: A Zoom call with our team and your team.  We get the ball rolling and set some initial tasks.

Creative Brief:   We provide you with a creative brief that outlines your key messages, your audience and direction for the video.  You can make revisions and then we agree on the direction the video will take including format (live action, animation, hybrid etc) and deliverables.

Pre production: then we’ll develop a concept, script, and assign our creative crew for the project.  Each stage of the process requires your sign-off so you’re always satisfied with the outcome.

Production: We get down to work!  If it’s animation, we’ll then illustrate out the entire storyboard before heading into motion. For live-action, we’ll be filming on set in our own studio, or at your location anywhere nationwide.

Post production:  Your video editor now gets to shine, assembling together a powerful story that is laser focused on your goals.  If animation, our motion graphics pros will handle all the animation from start to finish.  This is where you get to provide revisions and changes to our initial proofs as necessary.

Delivery: Once editing is completed, all the media files will be made available for download following your final sign-off.

Answer to both is Yes.   Most of our clients have us write video scripts for them. We give you unlimited revisions on that script until you are happy.    But we will also produce your approved script as well.  Send that to us to review and we can quote faster!

We can generally turn a simple video around in less than 2 weeks. But some video projects will take longer, perhaps 4-6 weeks.  Contact us and give us a deadline.  We’ll make it happen.

That depends on the project!  We’ve done social media videos for under $1k, animated videos for $4k and multi-location videos for $30k+. So we’ll need some more information from you first.  Do you want a simple video using some photos you provide and we just need to dress it up?  Or do you need us to film a comprehensive training video shot over 5 days on an offshore oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico?   Our video pricing will depend on what we see in the video itself.   Our team has deep experience in budgets of all sizes and therefore can provide some budget options for you based on our initial call.
