Making a well-done video requires a few steps. We’ve broken the process down into 4 key parts. Remember at each stage of our entire process, you get unlimited revisions.
We start by getting to know you and your product. We ask for some information from you to help us understand your goals. We then set up a kickoff call between you, your wonderful dedicated Kicker project manager. This is a chance for us to pick your brains so we can build our understanding of your product, your customers and the challenges you’re facing. Product videos often need to communicate complex ideas, so this is a good chance to make sure we fully understand the subject matter before we get to work.
Based on our briefing with you, we put together a first draft of the script. This is a side by side document, laying out the voiceover for your video and a rough description of what will be happening on screen at each point. When we say ‘first draft’ – we mean it! You get the chance to provide feedback, and we can revise it as many times as necessary until you’re totally happy to sign off and move forward.
Once the script is signed off we get to work creating the video we promised from the approved script. We will shoot video of your product and/or use product shots you provide. We’ll add music, voiceover, title graphics and logo animations.
We will send the initial edit to you for review.  You get unlimited revisions until you’re happy.. Then once approved, we will send a download link to the high-res HD version of the video that is yours to keep forever.  Â
